To change your email address or password go to "My Account" (located at the top of each page), sign in and go to "Change password". For added security, you will be asked to verify the current email address and password for your account before making changes. Then type in a new email address or password or both in the proper box(es) and click "Save changes." Passwords must be 6 to 11 characters.

To change your address, go to "Your Account" (located at the top of each page) and sign in. Please make any necessary changes and 'Save changes'.

Your Billing Address is saved in your account. If you need to update the billing address, go to "My Account" (located at the top of each page), sign in and click "Personal Information".

Your Purchase History lets you review your current and past orders and get updates on your order status. To view your Purchase History, go to "My Account" (located at the top of each page), sign in and click "Purchase History." You can then view the details of each order by clicking "Details."

If you can't remember your password, just go to "My Account" (located at the top of each page), click "Forgot Your Password?" under "Sign In," enter your email address and click "Send." We will request you the reminder information. When the Password Reminder Answer is valid we'll email your password to you shortly.
